Background of Rajeswari’s Struggles

Rajeswari, a bright and promising student, completed her 10th grade with an outstanding 97% score from a government school. Tragically, she lost both of her parents and was adopted by her grandmother, who struggles to make ends meet. The grandmother, surviving on a meager ₹3,000 monthly government pension, works tirelessly to support Rajeswari’s education and their basic needs.

When Rajeswari expressed her desire to continue her studies in an Intermediate Nursing course, she was faced with the harsh reality of an unaffordable tuition fee of ₹3,500 per year. Unfortunately, the grandmother had to return home without enrolling Rajeswari in the course, as they simply couldn’t afford it.

Our Contribution

After learning about Rajeswari’s situation from a college lecturer, we decided to step in and help. Seeing her dedication to her education, we contributed ₹5,000 to cover her admission fee and provided her with a college uniform to ensure she could attend school without any further obstacles. Additionally, we promised to cover her tuition fees for the next few years, ensuring she can complete her studies without financial burden.

Helping an Elderly Man with Medical Expenses

In addition to Rajeswari’s case, we also had the opportunity to help an elderly woman, whose husband was seriously ill. She approached us for financial assistance to cover his medical expenses, as they were struggling to afford the needed treatment. We contributed ₹1,000 towards the medical costs to ease their burden.
