Contributed ₹20,000 to support Ramachandra from Sivaramapuram village, covering travel and expenses for his wife cancer treatment at Basavatarakam Hospital.

Background of Meenamma’s Struggles

Ramachandra, a 50-year-old man from Sivaramapuram, had a troubled past marked by theft and alcoholism. His behavior stemmed from financial struggles, leading him to steal animals and tools to fund his drinking habit. However, a turning point came when his wife was diagnosed with cancer, and his daughter needed financial support for her wedding.

Moved by his family’s plight, villagers extended their help despite his past. Their kindness inspired Ramachandra to change his ways—he quit drinking, abandoned theft, and began working as a daily laborer, earning ₹500 per day. His transformation earned the respect of his community, showing that change is possible with determination and support.

Unfortunately, despite extensive ayurvedic treatments over two years, his wife’s health did not improve. Learning of his struggles, our team stepped in to provide assistance.
